Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Create captivating and innovative designs for our website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing experience.
Design eye-catching graphics for social media platforms to enhance our online presence and engage our audience effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually compelling materials for various digital marketing campaigns, including banners, infographics, and other promotional materials.
Conceptualize and design graphics for print materials, such as brochures, flyers, and business cards.
Maintain and update the company's visual assets, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Work closely with the web development team to ensure seamless integration of graphics on the website.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and tools to continuously improve the quality of our visual content.
Provide creative input and ideas for marketing strategies and campaigns.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their design needs and deliver creative solutions that align with their objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities across various digital and print media. (1-2 years)
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Knowledge of web design principles, user experience (UX), and responsive design.
Understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
Creative flair, originality, and attention to detail in design execution.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience).
Figma, UI/UX Designing is also an added advantage
