Job Details:
- 1. Achieving established sales target in a given territory.
- Visiting the towns and distributors as per the PJP (Propose Plan journey) and itinerary & work in the retail and wholesale market.
- Compilation of daily market reports.
- Distributor servicing and management.
- Territory records, cheque control, secondary sales data etc.
- Increasing the width and depth of coverage for company products.
- Implementation of promotion schemes and other company policies and procedures.
- Supervising and training the distributor salesmen.
