- Owning a Product / Sub-product from the T500 Suite end-to-end - Driving the strategy and user value proposition, competitor research, identification of market gaps, determination and prioritization of features
- Planning and executing the Product Roadmap for the specific product owned by you in consultation with key internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the Engineering and UX teams to ensure predictable, efficient and effective delivery of features that drive company objectives measurably
- Evangelise and communicate the product plan both internally and externally
- Manage, Coach and Mentor other product managers
- 6-8 years of experience with at least 4-6 years of Product Management experience
- Proven problem solving skills in a dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities to determine and effectively communicate the right product plan
- Ability to groom, mentor and manage team members
- B2B SaaS experience is preferred
- HR Tech background is a plus
- Computer Engineering / Software Development background is a plus
