Zouk sells via its own website and marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra.
Zouk has over 6,00,000+ Happy Customers and has been featured by media outlets like CNBC TV18, ELLE, Cosmopolitan, ET Prime, YourStory.
Our bags were also organically featured in the Vidya Balan movie Sherni, Amazon Prime movie Majaa Maa, Netflix's show Little Things 3, Amazon Prime series Hush Hush and Sony TV's Bade Acche Lagte Hain 2.

We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive who can interact with Customers and coordinate with the different teams to provide a solution with empathy.
- Respond to customer queries across all support channels promptly.
- Coordinate with our Operations Team to ensure proper dispatch of packages.
- Ensure a smooth delivery experience, by working with our delivery partners.
- Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the brand.
- Prepare basic reports in Excel to analyze the performance
- We hope that this person can grow their career with us and learn different parts of the business in the coming years.
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
- Good analytical skills and familiarity in working with Excel
- Passionate about Customer Support
