Description
We are immediately hiring for the role of Customer Care Executive.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and grievances.

Enter and update customer information in the database.

Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.


  • Only immediate joiner can apply
