We are looking for the role of Customer Support Associate in Tech Mahindra (Banking Process) GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.- Domestic Process
- Inbound/Outbound Process
- Resolving customer queries through phone calls
- Monthly Rotational Shifts (Any 9 Hours shift)
Qualifications and Skills
- 12th Pass OR Graduates can apply
- Must be able to Speak in Hindi and basic English
- Fresher OR Experienced can apply
Working days
- **Working days: 6 days a week
- Weekly off: 1 day (Rotational) and not necessarily Saturday / Sunday
