Responsibilities:
- Travel and
Expense Management:
Arrange travel, track expenses, and ensure policy compliance.
- Operational Support: Assist in tasks, liaise with departments, and support initiatives.
- Administrative Duties: Handle filing, document preparation, and maintain organized records.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and collate documents.
- Communication Liaison: Act as a bridge for effective CEOteam communication.
- Project Coordination: Support the CEO in projects, coordinate tasks, and manage timelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive or virtual assistant.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience supporting Clevel executives is a plus.

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
