Responsibilities:


  • Teach swimming lessons to children of different ages and abilities.
  • Assess individual progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure a fun and safe environment for learning.
  • Manage and maintain swimming equipment and facilities.
  • Plan, organize and implement various school events and functions.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and management to ensure a cohesive approach to training and care.

Requirements:


  • Graduate with 5+ years of prior experience in teaching swimming to children of different ages and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess individual progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ability to maintain a safe, hygienic and fun environment for learning.
  • Good organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Swimming coaching certification from a recognized institution.
  • CPR and certified lifeguard training are a plus.

₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
