Role & Responsibilities:

Work closely with functional teams and recruitment specialists, to understand job objectives
Manage the ATS and keep it up to date
Coordinate and maintain calendar invites
Maintain a complete record of interviews and sourcing trends
Stay uptodate with current recruiting methods
Support recruitment specialists, in sourcing talent from job boards and other sources.

Qualification:

13 years of work experience in technology recruitment or entry level graduates, willing to pursue career in talent acquisition.
Ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects.
Willingness to work in fast paced, startup environment.
Understanding of various tech stacks would be a plus.
Familiarity with applicant tracking system
