Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent or Any health background like MSW BSW social sector exp.

Experience :
Freshers or 1 Year experience in Application support role

Eye to detail and good communication skill
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Work Experience in Primary Health Facility(SC, PHC and HWC)

Responsibilities:

Responsible to drive all technical and functional issues towards closure
Handling all issue at HWCs Team
Package install, upgrades in different environments.
Ensuring that client systems are fully operational, and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner
Capacity Building of ASHAs and Staff at HWCs
Addressing the Issues at HWCs and Escalate Application issues to L2 Team
Day to Day Monitoring the Field activity
Provide Service and Support to HWC facility
Daily Report to PM on the Activities & challenges if Any
Supervise the work of staffs
Ensure to keep up to date inventory and stock register of all the stores and equipment supplied
Spreading Awareness among the community about HWC and Services
Coordinate with Field staff and L2 Team on regular basis to up keep the Application
Tracking and maintain of all the issue reported at the HWC centers
Provide training on Application to HWC staff
Provide Regular trainings to the team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Flexibility - responsibilities may require occasional evening and weekend work

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
