Client Servicing Executive (Digital Agency) (Gurgaon)

Responsibilities:


  • Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct inperson client meetings
  • Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyse and discuss client requirements from a solution oriented POV
  • Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional aftersales service.
  • Work jointly with internal team to drive campaign strategy & development
  • Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
  • Research & keep current on emerging online trends and best practices within digital marketing industry
Skill Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years experience managing clients in a digital advertising agency
  • Understanding of Social Media Marketing, Content, and Creative verticals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
