As a sales executive in a steel company, your primary responsibility would be to promote and sell the company's steel products to potential customers.

Here's an overview of what your role might involve:

Customer Acquisition:

Identify and prospect potential clients in industries that use steel products, such as construction, manufacturing, automotive, infrastructure, and more.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.

Sales Presentations:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of your company's steel products.

Highlight how they meet the specific needs and requirements of potential customers.

Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Act as the main point of contact for their inquiries, concerns, and orders. Provide excellent customer service to foster long-term partnerships.

Negotiation and Pricing:
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with customers while ensuring profitability for the company. Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Market Analysis:
Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify opportunities for business growth. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market demands, and potential product improvements.

Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts. Generate regular sales reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on the latest developments in the steel industry, including new products, technologies, and regulations. Attend training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.

₹15, ₹20,923.50 per month
