**Person should have exp in pharma or IT recruitment. (domestic)
2-5 years of exp, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, delhi location.


Major Areas of Accountability:

  • Source and recruit applicants by using methods including but not limited to, print and electronic, advertising, social media, career fairs, networking, cold calling, college and university programs, community agencies, workforce centers, professional associations, and employee referral programs to build talent pipelines for current and future needs
  • Complete and distribute weekly reports on position vacancies, class fills, sourcing activities and applicant flow
  • Work cooperatively with all members of the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement plans and activities
  • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the longrange growth of the company, implementing any new processes, fine tuning standard processes, and staying informed of trends and innovation recruiting techniques
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of full-cycle high volume recruitment experience
  • Applicant Tracking System experience
  • Interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Developing and executing sourcing strategies

Soft Skills:

  • Great communication skills
  • Understanding of talent acquisition process and recruiting lifecycle
  • Ability to navigate through ATS (will be trained)
  • Organized
  • Possesses a sense of urgency
