Position Title:
Assurance Testing (ARC)

IBG COO - Policy & Process Lead

Job Purpose

Be part of the KYC/CDD assurance testing specialists' team that supports assurancerelated assignments for IBG India

Key Accountabilities

Implement existing IBG assurance framework and methodologies in line with Group.
Be sensitive and aware of financial crime risk landscape of different business segments and their respective products and processes and be ready to advise management on mitigation strategies and/or partner with stakeholders in addressing the risks.
Valueadd to the management, compliance and stakeholders from testing's findings and analysis through partnership in planning corresponding training and advisories.
Assist or cocoordinate in adhoc major scale investigation and thematic reviews where necessary.

Job Duties & responsibilities

Implement existing IBG assurance framework and methodologies in line with Group.
Be sensitive and aware of financial crime risk landscape of different business segments and their respective products and processes and be ready to advise management on mitigation strategies and/or partner with stakeholders in addressing the risks.
Valueadd to the management, compliance and stakeholders from testing's findings and analysis through partnership in planning corresponding training and advisories.
Assist or cocoordinate in adhoc major scale investigation and thematic reviews where necessary.

Required Experience

Minimum 23 years of relevant experience
Prior Assurance Testing or testingrelated experience (QA) will be advantageous

Education / Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant working experience.
