IBG COO - Policy & Process Lead

Job Purpose

  • Be part of the KYC/CDD assurance testing specialists' team that supports assurancerelated assignments for IBG India
Key Accountabilities

  • Implement existing IBG assurance framework and methodologies in line with Group.
  • Be sensitive and aware of financial crime risk landscape of different business segments and their respective products and processes and be ready to advise management on mitigation strategies and/or partner with stakeholders in addressing the risks.
  • Valueadd to the management, compliance and stakeholders from testing's findings and analysis through partnership in planning corresponding training and advisories.
  • Assist or cocoordinate in adhoc major scale investigation and thematic reviews where necessary.
Job Duties & responsibilities

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant working experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
