About the role

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Specimen processing as per defined SOPs
Handling quality controls for all the instruments
Ensure delivery of reports where possible within company defined TATs with 95% adherence
Storage of samples to maintain the integrity
Arrangement and labelling of samples for an easy trace ability
Disposing off old samples.
Routine maintenance of equipment as defined
Filing of the documents according to NABL requirements
Going through manuals & SOPs
Supervising trainees
Ensuring critical values are communicated to the pathologists.
Ensure practice of safety norms in the department.
Proper waste disposal.
Maintaining sufficient stocks as required.
