We are urgently looking for "
Production Supervisor" for one of the leading
Primary/ Flexible Packaging Manufacturing Industry.


Location
- Greater Noida


Experience - 4-10 Years


Job Responsibility -

  • Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives.
  • Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coordinating and assigning tasks to production staff and ensuring that all staff members receive appropriate training to perform routine duties effectively.
  • Conducting regular equipment and machinery inspections to identify potential issues and coordinating with maintenance staff to make sure repairs and servicing happen as necessary.
  • Managing inventory levels and coordinating with supply chain staff to ensure that raw materials, and other supplies are available according to the schedule.
  • Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
  • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
  • Oversee and coach employees.
  • Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
  • Check production output according to specifications.
  • Submit reports on performance and progress.
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
  • Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
  • Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Process:
Lamination (PU Lamination / wax lamination), printing

(rotogravure) Material - Films, Papers, Alu foil etc.)
