- Weekly, Monthly KPI and Global Manual bowler
- Taking minutes of meeting
- Maintaining official Documents and records
- Preparing and compiling the meeting presentation
- Following up with ILT for the projects
- Getting PR approvals for various departments
- Maintaining & processing invoice and MD Bills for payments
- Coordinating Hotel and travel arrangements for Senior management and from other Zones
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and coordinated the flow of information internally and with other departments, Global and other organizations for smooth workflow
- Taking care of endtoend arrangements for Visit Including Agenda
- Documents signature for the finance and other departments
- Other tasks given by the management
