Position Summary:

As a Telesales Executive at TLC DigiTech, you will be a vital part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through effective telephonic communication and relationship-building with potential clients.

Your role will involve promoting our tech products and services, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


Outbound Sales Calls:
Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective clients in the travel and hospitality sector.
Present and explain our tech products and services, highlighting their value and benefits.


Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of customer needs.
Assess potential clients' requirements and align our solutions to meet their business objectives.


Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Work towards achieving individual and team-based sales goals.


CRM Utilization:
Use CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.


Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about TLC DigiTech's tech products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goaloriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.

Education and Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in telesales.

Salary:

-
25k-27k
