Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:


Counseling for Higher Study Programs:
Provide detailed information about the MBA, MCA, B.Tech, BBA, BCA and other courses offered by the university. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand the academic and career goals of prospective students.


Lead Generation:
Generate leads through telecalling, video calling, and participation in seminars and events. Maintain a database of prospective students and keep accurate records of interactions.


Conversion of Leads:
Work towards converting leads into successful admissions by effectively communicating the benefits of our educational programs. Follow up with prospective students and provide necessary information to address their queries and concerns.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in admissions counseling or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the education sector and an understanding of MBA, MCA, B.Tech, BBA, and BCA courses.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using telecalling and video calling tools.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
