About Role:


Bloom CAP is looking out for young and energetic Sales & Marketing Executives responsible for selling Bloom School Olympiads, Books, Test Packages and other Bloom products.


They must have good experience in working with schools, Principals and teachers, booksellers and institutes, they have to ensure good relationship is maintained.


Responsibilities

  • Achieve Targeted sales on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through meeting school administrators, channel partners, calling & networking
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Ready to travel extensively, in order to meet clients and complete the sales targets

Travel Areas

Qualification

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in education industry & dealing with schools, minimum 2 years of experience
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Proficiency in Hindi & English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
