Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct interactive and dynamic training sessions for Full Stack Development using Java, Python, and MERN stack technologies.
- Provide hands-on coding exercises, real-life examples, and projects to enhance participants' practical skills.
- Curriculum Development:
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to refine existing training materials and develop new content meeting industry standards and market demands.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Full Stack Development to incorporate them into the training curriculum.
- Mentorship:
- Offer mentorship and guidance to trainees, ensuring comprehension of complex concepts and problem-solving abilities.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering active engagement and collaboration among participants.
- Assessment and Feedback:
- Design and implement regular assessments to evaluate participants' progress and adjust training techniques accordingly.
- Collect feedback from trainees to continuously enhance training programs and materials.
- Technical Support:
- Aid participants in resolving technical issues and offer assistance during lab exercises and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development using Java, Python, and MERN stack technologies.
- Proficient in frontend and backend technologies, frameworks, and libraries.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical ideas clearly.
- Prior experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or webinars is advantageous.
- Enthusiasm for educating and empowering individuals with technical skills.
- Relevant certifications in Java, Python, and MERN stack technologies are preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time Hours: 24 hours per week
Salary: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
