Directly worked in Banks as part of Bank's L2 Support team.
Real time experience in handling product issues in modules CASA, LOANS, Deposits, Payments, EOD BOD, General banking in 10x and 11x
Good knowledge on Finacle tables. Batch jobs.
Finacle customization developments in v10 and v11. Solutioning of new requirements.
Ability to review solutions, guide and mentor junior team members, good communication skill to discuss with customer.
