• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product, services & offers
• Answer product related queries
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Maintain and update customer database
• Handle grievances to preserve the companies reputation
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage retention rate

• At least One year experience as tele representative or other sales/customer service role
• Experience in Ayurveda products is preferred
• Proven track record of successfully converting leads into conversion preferably over the phone
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Command over language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cooltempered and able to handle rejection
