    The Hiring Company, incepted in 2022, is a new age recruitment and staffing firm based out of New Delhi. We specialise into IT, Non IT and Bulk requirements and are empanelled to more than 100+ vendors across India. We enjoy the privilege to cater more than 40+ clients specifically from the startup domain.

    We have provided employment to over job seekers across 20 states in India within a span of 1 year and are currently in the process of building web applications to expedite bulk hiring.

    Job Title: Graphic Designer

    Job Location: Noida Sector 62

    Nature of Work: Work from Office

    Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM

    Working Days: 6 Days a week

    Salary: Up to 50k

    Language Preferred: English / Hindi

    Minimum Experience: 3 years

    Maximum Experience: 6 years

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in Noida Sector 62. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and designs for various projects and platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualize and create innovative designs for both print and digital media.
    • Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, websites, social media, and other visual content.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all designs.
    • Utilize a range of design software including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, CorelDRAW, and Adobe XD to bring concepts to life.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design output.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, CorelDRAW, and Adobe XD.
    • Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
