Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design compelling visual assets, including posters, banners, infographics, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral.
Work in collaboration with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions that align with the brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Produce highquality designs that effectively communicate the desired message and maintain consistency across different platforms.
Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and images using industrystandard software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices, and incorporate them into design projects.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Provide constructive feedback and contribute to brainstorming sessions to enhance the overall creative process.
Maintain a library of design assets, templates, and resources to streamline future design projects.
Ability to edit video footage to create visually engaging and cohesive videos for YouTube and other Social media channels would be an advantage.

Qualification and experience:

Minimum of 23 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a graphic designer and video editor, or in similar roles will be preferable.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, showcasing creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
Knowledge of current design trends, user experience, and best practices for digital media.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, take constructive feedback, and iterate on designs accordingly.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
