About us:
Watson Power Tools is a leading provider of hardware tools, specializing in [power tools, pro power tools, etc.]. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, convincing potential clients, and occasional field visits. The position is based at our office in Nangloi, Delhi.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to introduce our range of hardware tools and solutions.
  • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convince potential clients of the value and benefits of our products.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding the customer base.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
  • Conduct field visits to meet with clients, demonstrate products, and address any queries or concerns.
  • Willingness to travel for out-of-station face-to-face meetings in different states of India as required.

Qualifications:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred.
  • Prior experience in outbound sales calling is an advantage.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹12, ₹40,000.00 per month
