Responsibilities:


  • TPlan works and oversee their execution through department officers in coordination with the plant on a daily basis
  • Plan for preventive maintenance and its implementation
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and computergenerated reports.
  • Allocate work plan to contractors and issue permits accordingly on a daily basis
  • Check and maintain utility consumption records on a daily basis
  • Prepare ERs and indents on a daily basis
  • Confer with engineers /other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
  • Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
  • Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
  • Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work
  • Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.

Required Skills:


  • Knowledge of safety norms (ISO/OSHA) & maintenance, instrumentation and electrical systems and equipment's
  • Communication (written & verbal), People Management, Coordination skills, Planning,
  • Learning skills, Delegation Skills, Operations analysis, Problem Solving
