    Description

    Shall be responsible for ensuring thetimely reporting of all monthly financial information &provide to Manager (Working Capital Account receivable Accountpayable reports PL Cash flow) Shall beresponsible for sharing debts ledger confirmation &feedback Shall be responsible for supportingAC Manager in working of GST any other historical tax working& filing of TDS return / statutory reports in stipulatedtiming.

    Shall be responsible for providingassistance to AC Manager in account audit monthly / quarterly /yearly Shall be responsible for monitoringand coordinate with outsideunits Shall be responsible forassisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company andwhole responsible for all Statutory Audits / GST Audit to be faceand report to Management for theiroutcome.

    Shall be responsiblefor maintaining records & document like scanned invoicesdelivery challan LR & transporter data compile &review information for accuracy Responsiblefor Managing Import / Export Preparing and Confirming OrdersShipping Orders Ensuring the Product Delivery and coordination withexport customers Coordination with DGFT forAdvance Licenses and ICD for shipment clearance ofdocuments Tracking of Shipment throughGPS Coordinate with dispatch team &arrange complete transport for dispatchEstablish and maintain an update sales and marketingdatabase.

    Develop key relationships withinternational customers. Should haveAccounts Finance and Export Import Documentationexperience. Excellent communicationskills. High degree of selfmotivation andambition. Skills to work both independentlyand as part of ateam.
