Job Summary

Mantra Softech are searching for an experienced Exim Executive who can Coordination with Logistic, Shipping Lines for import/explore shipments and Company end to end EXPORT PROCESS AND DISPATCH.

Who can manage all import & export related documents

Roles & Responsibilities

Advance Authorization ( DFIA)
EPCG (Export Promotion Capital Goods)
MEIS (Merchandise Exports from India Scheme)
SEIS (Service Export from India Scheme)
RoSCTL (Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies )
SION (Standard Input/Output nomenclature)
EOU ( Export oriented units) Benefit and schemes
E-BRC (Electronic Bank Realization Certificate)
RCMC (Registration Cum Membership Certificate)
Phyto Certificate
Coo ( Certificate of origin)
Import forwarding and clearance
Export forwarding and clearance
Re-Export process of Defective goods / Re-Import process of Defective Goods
Incoterms
SCOMET (Special Chemicals, Organism, Materials, Equipment and Technologies)

Key Performance Indicators

Excellent Verbal & written communication skills.
She/He should be able to work under pressure with multi tasking capability.
Material Planning
Accuracy in documentation
Co-ordination with Forwarders/CHA/transporters

Required Skills:

Manage all import & export related documents.
Experience of handling of both Air/Sea shipments.
Have knowledge of Certificate of origin and related documentation required.
Communicate with export and import related authorities, customers and suppliers in all relevant territories and countries to ensure efficient import export activity
