Tool Room Head (For Zinc Diecasting)


Competencies/Skills

Functional/Technical:

• Good drawing reading skills knowledge of Fits Tolerances.
• Knowledge of Die casting dies manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Programming software

(UG NX) shall be given added advantage.

• Knowledge of different die materials.
• Knowledge about 2D drawing, quality instruments etc
• Troubleshooting of dies during production Breakdowns.
• Should have knowledge in all kind of conventional tool room machines (surface machine, milling, EDM) and be able to use this machine in tool making process
• Assembly of critical moulds, repair, or modify the dies, jigs, gauges, and tools.
