  • We are urgently hiring an Sales Agent for Real Estate company.

Job Summary:


As a Sales Agent in the real estate sector, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties, generate leads, and drive sales or rentals.

Your role involves a combination of online and offline marketing activities, market research, and collaboration with sales teams to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for various real estate properties, considering market trends, target audiences, and budget constraints.
  • Offline Marketing: Plan and implement offline marketing initiatives such as print advertisements, brochures, flyers, and promotional events to reach a wider audience.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential areas for growth. Use data to inform marketing decisions and stay uptodate with industry developments.
  • Content Creation: Develop highquality content for property listings, blog posts, newsletters, and social media platforms. Ensure that all content is compelling and consistent with the brand's messaging.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels and maintain a database of potential clients. Nurture leads and coordinate with sales teams for followup.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Provide sales teams with necessary marketing materials and support.
  • Branding: Uphold and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging, visuals, and branding across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring the best return on investment for marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media insights. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with clients, investors, and partners to build trust and credibility.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is a plus.

Working Conditions:


  • Real estate Marketing Executives often work in an office setting but may need to attend property viewings and marketing events.
  • Some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate events or meetings outside regular office hours.
  • Travel within the local area to visit properties or attend events may be necessary.
