    Job Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and seasoned Executive Billing Specialist to join our team in Ghaziabad. This position calls for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a successful background in financial management and billing operations, particularly in the educational field.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Generate precise and timely invoices utilizing Tally software.
    • Maintain and revise customer billing details and financial records.
    • Collaborate with finance and administrative teams for smooth billing operations.
    • Address billing queries and resolve any issues promptly.
    • Create and deliver reports on billing activity and revenue generation.
    • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and policies.
    Qualifications
    • At least 2 years of experience in billing or a similar financial position.
    • Proficiency in Tally and other accounting tools.
    • Solid grasp of financial and accounting principles.
    • Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferable.
