Job description
A student counsellor as key position in TathaGat.

The primary responsibilities would be as follows:

• Assist new students to understand different courses offered by TathaGat.
• Help students to use TathaGat portals.
• Be the point of contact for students and assist them with their queries.
• Help and resolve enrolled students' queries.
• Be part of the team for process improvement to enhance the student experience.
• Weekly off (6 days Working).
• Handle student queries regarding admission.

8- Make calls on given student data.

• Convert leads into admissions.
• Graduate and above. Must have at least 3 years of experience in directly handling of student & team.
• Should have a pleasing demeanor that students feel comfortable to reach out to. Extremely comfortable with English and Hindi language. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Well groomed and extremely confident with interactions. Be proactive, forthcoming and very comfortable reaching out and interacting with students.
• Comfortable working on computer.
