Supporting the school leadership in achieving the vision, mission, values and aims of the school.

Maximizing learning opportunities both within and outside the classroom through fieldtrips, visiting speakers, varied teaching styles and resources.

To ensure that all lessons are planned and delivered with clear aims and objectives as per the curriculum requirement.
To encourage all students to be actively engaged in their own learning and in reviewing their progress. Establishing and monitoring clear homework expectations and providing meaningful feedback.
To ensure that the classroom atmosphere is positive at all times and encourage and foster intellectual curiosity.
To deal with inappropriate behaviour quickly and effectively according to the school policy.
Ensuring a positive friendly professional working environment where all staff are equally valued and are part of a team.
Being punctual and working effectively in a transparent and collaborative manner.
Keeping appropriate levels of confidentiality regarding students, staff and our community both now and in the future.
Following school administrative policies and procedures.

Undertaking a contributory role in student well‐being as either a homeroom teacher or assistant homeroom teacher.

Undertaking a contributory role in student well‐being as either a homeroom teacher or assistant homeroom teacher.
Maintaining accurate attendance records.

Ensuring excellent lines of communication with all staff, parents and children.

Creatively displaying student work within classrooms and the shared areas of the school.
Any other Roles and responsibilities chosen by the THLC school Administration should be taken up.
To attend scheduled meetings in the Department and school, and contributing to professional meetings, collaborative planning, activities and events.

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
