- Capable of doing analysis of observed Nonconformance's, monitoring the effectiveness of CAPA, taking follow-up with all departments / Suppliers.
- Generating real-time data and exploring Value added opportunities to meet business objective.
- Know good knowledge about the use of 7 quality tools for a systematic approach for RCA.
- Shall have good communication and data analytics skills in communicating internal customers about quality updates/observations/reports and requesting corrective actions. Required Skills:
- Statistical process controls,
- Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA),
- Product Part Approval Process (PPAP),
- Problem Solving Approach,
- Measuring instrument handling
- Product approvals like BIS/UL., etc. and
- Soft skills like Microsoft office, projects etc.
