Vananam Ventures Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new sales opportunities, and closing deals. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare for the sales calls including conducting research and building sales decks
  • Identifying prospective clients, sending pitches, and generating leads
  • Presenting Vananam products to the prospective clients
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to generation of leads and
closure of the same

  • Should be flexible working in shifts or in different time zones
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Liaise and partner with the sales team to identify complex sales opportunities

  • Graduate/Postgraduate or equivalent
years of experience in sales

  • Ability to hunt new leads and manage a bucket of new leads, closure of the leads
  • Great team player and has good teamhandling skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit highly encouraged
  • Enjoy working in small, fastpaced teams where you can take initiative and
accountability, and generate results every day

  • Great listening skills and a desire to learn proper lead generation methodologies
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high quality of work
  • Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into meetings
