JOB LOCATION - SAUDI ARABIA ( JUBAIL )

SALARY RANGE - AS PER INTERVIEW AND EXPERIENCE

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE - OF 10 YEARS IN REFINERY OR PETROCHEMICAL PLANT IN THE ROLE OF CONDITION MONITORING IN MAINTENANCE OR RELIABILITY DEPARTMENTS

REQUIREMENTS -

  • 10 years experience in refinery or petrochemical plants in the role of condition monitoring in maintenance or reliability departments
  • Perform vibration analysis (steady state, transient, vortex shedding, slug, water hammer)
  • Plan and execute testing activities of Rotating equipment in the plant
  • Establishes procedures and instructions required for maintenance of rotating equipment according to engineering principles and safety regulations.
  • Assist in developing Maintenance procedures for special rotating equipment's
  • Assist in developing Predictive and Preventive Maintenance plans and procedures for all rotating equipment, and provide technical expertise for rotating equipment maintenance activities, standards and procedures.
  • Witness / Tests newly installed Rotating equipment to ensure to fulfil requirement of supplied equipment specifications / PM program.
  • Reviews with vendor for required spares & services to ensure the equipment maintenance is not delayed because of lack of spare parts.
  • Participate with the Investigation team and conduct root cause analysis for major rotating equipment failures and troubleshoot various types of rotating equipment problems.
  • Assist in design packages for any upgrade changes in the plant rotary equipment's
  • Develop and review Operating Instruction Manuals for new rotary equipment or systems.
