    Job Overview

    DCS Group is looking for a highly skilled Lead Civil Engineer to join our team. As the Lead Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all civil engineering projects. This includes planning, designing, and supervising the construction of various structures, such as high-rise buildings. The employment type for this role is Full-Time, and the position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of civil engineering.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering
    • Experience in the construction industry, particularly with high-rise buildings
    • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of civil engineering principles and practices
    • Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage all civil engineering projects from conception to completion
    • Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
    • Plan, design, and supervise the construction of various civil structures
    • Conduct site visits to assess the progress and quality of work
    • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to achieve project objectives
    • Handle any technical issues or challenges that may arise during construction
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
    • Monitor and manage project budgets, resources, and timelines
    • Provide leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians

    Job Description

    Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget considerations.

    Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines, to ensure smooth project execution.

    Provide technical leadership in the development of civil engineering designs, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and specifications.

    Oversee the construction phase of projects, ensuring that the work is carried out according to the design specifications.

    Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth.
