Job brief


Tecfuge Business Solutions is on the lookout for an experienced, qualified Social Media Strategist to join our team in Kochi, Kerala.

You will be required to primarily develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase the web traffic and brand awareness of our client accounts.


Your profile will involve working closely with different teams and maintain a steady workflow so as to ensure timely delivery of scheduled works.

Account handling will involve meetings - online & offline, requirement gathering, reporting, etc and must be delt with professionally and punctually at all times.


Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our company web presence is aligned with our marketing strategies and the Tecfuge brand image is projected in the right manner.


Responsibilities

  • Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets
  • Administer all company social media accounts
  • Liaise with writers and designers to ensure content is trendy, accurate and appealing
  • Collaborate with the different department members to create social 'buzz' regarding client accounts
  • Facilitate clientcompany communication (respond to queries, get reviews and organize chats and Q&A sessions)
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
  • Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy
  • Stay uptodate with new digital technologies and social media best practices

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager
  • Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics would be a plus
  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build strategies accordingly
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

From ₹24,000.00 per month
