Description
2) Identifying customer needs.

3) Forwarding and handling escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.

4) Punching orders from customer and update the database accordingly.

5) Establishing and maintaining good rapport with customers by using asserting language and anticipating their needs

7) Ensure that there's a smooth process on-going between the end to end consumers.

8) Generate client service reports for management.

9) Assist clients by demonstrating the use of program and handling customer queries.


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
Office and all the common surfaces are sanitized effectively and regularly.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Thane , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
