    Position Overview:

    Games24x7 is diversifying its gaming portfolio to offer Poker and we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Graphic Designer to join PokerCircle's brand and design team. Since the brand would be at its very nascent stage, it would be critical role where you would be laying the

    foundation of the brand.

    The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in creating digital creative assets for all marketing communication mediums on all touchpoints within the PokerCircle app as a part of Retention campaigns to engage/retain newly acquired players. As a brand custodian, you will be responsible for designing high-quality and best-in-class digital assets. The ideal candidate for this role should be detail-oriented with exceptional creative skills and demonstrate a high level of ownership.

    This role demands you to be highly creative, motivated, and proactive. The expectation would be for you to be a digital native who enjoys and thrives in an ever evolving, ever changing, ever adapting digital landscape. We expect you to excel at creating not just static creatives but also be well-versed with designing audio video content, mailers, smaller sized creatives such as push notification, overlays etc. A critical area would be for you to showcase keen interest and willingness to work with narrative experience wherein you can deconstruct a business problem into visual delight and take it a notch higher by execution. You are expected to keep yourself apprised about the latest that is happening around on different platforms and is always hooked onto the latest design trends.

    An expert but not limited to an array of Adobe products, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After

    Effects or FCP etc. Proficiency in other design software will be an added advantage.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Lay the foundation for the brand. Be user-centric to distill communication effectively, making it simple for players to understand complex offers and campaign constructs.

    ● Be well-versed with logo designing that can help PokerCircle creative strong distinct visual identities for its retention campaigns and tournaments.

    ● Create visually stunning assets for use across a wide variety of media & channels.

    ● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to best support business/marketing goals.

    ● Take initiative on projects to deliver new and innovative solutions.

    ● Create solutions that push the creative boundaries yet adhere to brand & design guidelines.

    ● Proactively liaise with Brand, Marketing, and HTML, cross functional teams to ensure that projects are on track, meet their desired result and are executed in a timely manner.

    ● Oversee projects from conception to delivery.

    ● Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software.

    ● Apply typography techniques.

    ● Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.

    ● Design and develop assets keeping a user-centric approach.

    ● Maintain homogeneity and consistency across all projects irrespective of channels and mediums.

    ● Stay up to date with industry developments and tools.

    ● Utilize AI and the latest graphic design technologies to enhance efficiency and

    creativity in design production.

    Qualifications:

    ● Proven work experience as a creative manager/graphic designer or similar role for 4+ years.

    ● Graduate from Premier institute is a bonus.

    ● Good visual and content conceptualization skills with an attention to detail

    ● Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite, common motion graphic design software and AI tools.

    ● Ability to be independent and juggle different types of projects with varied timelines.

    ● Detail understanding of design, copy, and web practices.

    ● A go-getter, high on energy, someone wanting to do a lot and is comfortable to work in an ambiguous environment.

    ● Prior experience with a strong portfolio of graphic design & motion graphic work.

    ● An individual with a never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance their craft.

    ● Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions.

    ● Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate

    effectively with cross-functional team members.
