Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the store in Mumbai.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering product recommendations and information to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of Cloths product offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and policies.
• Actively participate in visual merchandising by arranging and restocking products to maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the pointofsale (POS) system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences.
• Contribute to maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the store.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant education or coursework is a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive shopping experiences.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
• Knowledge of philosophy and product offerings is advantageous.
