Should have Participated and lead client engagement in developing plans and strategies of Application development.

Facilitating, guiding, and influencing the clients and teams towards right information technology architecture and becoming interface between Business leadership, Tech leadership and the delivery teams:

Leading and mentoring other IT consultants within the practice and across business units
Supporting business development and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction during delivery

Contributing to the thought capital through the creation of executive presentations, architecture documents, and IT position papers:

Scope Client requirements
Specify solutions and articulate value to customers
Provide best practice advice to customers and team members
Participate with Endusers and do requirement gathering and convert into technical documentation
Identify the performance bottlenecks and resolve the same

Mandatory People related Leadership Skills

Should be able to work in a team
Should be able to Mentor other team members
Ability to produce high quality work products under pressure and within deadlines
To coordinate with developers / other architects / other stakeholders and cross functional teams from organization and customer side

Professional Experience Required
-
Extensive experience and hands-on technology skills to design and build robust Applications using Microsoft

Net technologies:

Extensive experience in data modeling and database design involving any combination of
Databases, Data warehousing and Business Intelligence systems and tools
Relational databases like (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL/MySQL)
Ability to frame architectural decisions, provide technology leadership & direction
Excellent problem solving, handson engineering skills and communication skills

Technical Skills Required
Any combination of below technical skills
