Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Bench Management:
Monitor the status and availability of bench consultants, keeping track of their visa status, skills, certifications, and preferences.


Client Engagement:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT staffing needs, including identifying immediate and future requirements.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical hiring practices, including visa regulations and employment laws.


Performance Metrics:
Track and report key performance metrics, such as placement success, revenue generated, and client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in US Bench Sales recruitment within the IT staffing industry.
• Strong knowledge of US immigration and visa regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Goaloriented and selfmotivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Salary:
Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
