Job Profile:

  • Forecasting required materials using both constant & trend models with special consideration to current consumption & future trends,developing key procurement schedules for commodities as per all contractual needs in local and international market
  • Assessing the performance of vendors based on quality improvement percentage, payments, pending orders & credit; negotiating with them to procure essential materials at reasonable price & quality for business consolidation
  • Maintaining stock level by rejecting materials found nonconforming and collaborating with suppliers to identify a course of action for satisfactory disposition of disclosed ones
  • Interfacing with the Production Department to sustain optimum inventory & Finance Department for payment of bills
  • Executing systems to avoid situations like overstocking or outofstock which cause production and financial losses
  • Formulating reports on procurement and usage of material for top management
  • Identifying vendors based on the criteria like cost, quality, timely delivery and so on and running programs to evaluate vendors based on the feedback from internal stakeholders
  • In case of urgency need to visit khopoli workshop

Working Days :
Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off) | 09:30am to 05:30pm
