Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of product
  • Provide accurate, timely, and efficient work.
  • Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites.
  • Creating technical drawings from architects' sketches and specifications.
  • Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
  • Can do coordination with consultants, vendors and site.
  • Can work on estimates and bill of quantities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Can produce accurate submission, tender drawing and municipal drawings.
  • Can produce coordination drawings (architecture with services drawings).

Requirements and skills

  • Construction background is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Auto CAD, MS Office (excel and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of 3D modelling in SketchUp and photoshop rendering(optional).

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹40, ₹80,000.00 per month
