Ensure that standards are being followed including floor sets, cleanliness, marketing, signage and sales promotionEnsure a unique, memorable and emotional customer experienceProvide guest service as required, proactively assessing visitor needs and interestsAssist Manager in resolving conflicts in group schedules due to unexpected changesOpen and close the Discovery CenterMonitor and maintain the public spaces so that they are clean and well presented, undertaking light maintenance such as picking up stray pieces of paper and keeping the Reception desk cleanResolves concerns by providing service recovery and referring patient, family member or visitor to appropriate department when necessaryProvides business servicesProvides dining information within or outside of hospitalAll other duties as assigned by a member of leadership


Salary:
₹14, ₹17,000.00 per month
