    We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at [Store Location]. As a Store Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving our sales goals, fostering a positive customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence in our store.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sales & Performance:Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing training and mentorship.
    • Implement effective sales strategies to drive customer engagement and conversion.
    • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Brand & Customer Experience:Uphold the high standards of the Senco Gold & Diamonds brand, ensuring a luxurious and welcoming shopping environment.
    • Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Manage and oversee all aspects of the customer journey, from initial greeting to post-sale follow-up.
    • Implement effective Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives to drive local brand awareness and customer traffic.
    • Operations Excellence:Oversee all day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
    • Manage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and securing valuable merchandise.
    • Implement and maintain strict security protocols to minimize loss and ensure a safe environment.
    • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
    • Prepare accurate reports and maintain detailed sales records.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the jewelry retail industry.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
    • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Proficient in inventory management and security protocols.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience with BTL marketing initiatives a plus.
