Key Responsibilities- Responding to clients requirement and explaining them about our service.
- Developing a deep understanding of our product to help customer.
- Coordinating with companies vendors for scheduling task.
- Calling to the leads given by the company.
- Focusing on the quality of work and documentation of the action as well as skills:
- MS Office, MS Excel, English, Hindi Proficiency and customer support.
