We are a leading real estate channel partner seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Design and Video Editing Intern to join our team.

This internship presents an exciting opportunity for individuals aspiring to gain practical experience in graphic design, photo editing, and video editing within the real estate industry.

*Responsibilities:

*Graphic Design: - Develop visually appealing graphics for diverse digital and print materials, including social media posts, marketing collateral, presentations, etc.

Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent visual identity across various platforms.
Generate creative design concepts aligning with the company's branding guidelines.

*Photo Editing: - Edit and enhance photographs to ensure high-quality and visually appealing images.

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize images for online and offline channels.

*Video Editing: - Assist in crafting engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.

Edit raw video footage, incorporating music, graphics, and other elements to produce compelling videos.

*Creative Collaboration: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, understanding project requirements and contributing creative ideas.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance visual communication strategies.

*Skill Development: - Actively seek opportunities to expand and enhance graphic design, photo editing, and video editing skills.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into design projects.

*Project Management: - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Communicate effectively with team members to gather project requirements and feedback.

*Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects).
Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering highquality work.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
